Returns & Refunds

Because our apparel and print products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer preference changes
• Ordering mistakes

We will gladly assist with replacements or refunds if:

✔ Item arrives damaged
✔ Print defect exists
✔ Wrong product received

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of item
• Description of issue

Digital downloads, templates, and safety documents are non-refundable once delivered.

SafeSite Solutions reserves the right to review refund requests individually.
