At SafeSite Solutions, many of our products are made to order through our print partners to help reduce waste and maintain quality.

Processing Time

Apparel and print products typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipment.
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase when applicable.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on location:

United States: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delays may occur during holidays, high order volumes, weather events, or carrier issues.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once an order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SafeSite Solutions is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information.
